Reception desk at Janu Tokyo

Janu Tokyo

Janu, meaning ‘soul’ in Sanskrit, debuted its first hotel in Tokyo in March 2024. Drawing from the legacy of its revered sibling, Aman, Janu offers an uplifting spirit and design narrative.

Located in Azabudai Hills, Janu Tokyo is designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, with interiors by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston.

The hotel features 122 guest rooms and suites, two Aman Essentials boutiques, eight venues for dining and socialising, and a 4,000 sqm wellness centre. The wellness centre offers one of Tokyo’s largest gyms, five movement studios, extensive hydrotherapy areas, a 25-meter lap pool, nine treatment rooms and two Spa houses.

Guest rooms range from 55 sqm to 519 sqm, combining Japanese minimalism with elegant European accents, with most offering balconies and city views. The Janu Suite, the largest accommodation, provides expansive living space and impressive views of Tokyo Tower and Azabudai Hills.

Janu Tokyo enriches the community, connecting with local culture through experiences, marking a new chapter in luxury hospitality focused on discovery and connection.
