OKO Group’s second project, Una Residences is a monumental condominium tower designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG) the acclaimed architects known for designing the world’s tallest skyscrapers including the Jeddah Tower.
Situated at 175 SE 25th Road, on the waterfront of Miami’s South Brickell – South Florida’s equivalent of Park Avenue – Una’s architecture is inspired by the sinuous teak decking of a Riva yacht.
Spread over 47 stories, Una will consist of 135 elegantly crafted residences, all with bay views, ranging from two to five bedrooms. The building’s waterfront positioning allows residents to enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, South Beach and the Atlantic beyond. Floor-to-ceiling windows welcome daylight into each open-plan space, while deep, shaded terraces act as another cool living space for families and couples to entertain.
With landscaping designed by Enzo Enea, extensive amenities such as the spa and gym, private boat slips, and easy access to Coconut Grove, Downtown, Brickell, Miami International Airport and the beaches of Key Biscayne, Una sets the standard for luxurious Miami living.
Partnering once again with international real estate investment firm, Cain International, Una Residences is currently in pre-construction phase of development.
